About Tom

Tom Glaister received his Bachelor of Arts in Percussion Performance from University of South Florida, his Florida Music Education certification from Florida Southern College and his Master of Music Education from University of  Central Florida.

Tom has been a Band Director at Village Middle School and Burns Middle School.  He has also been a Music Teacher at Sulfur Springs Elementary, Harrison Arts Center.  Tom was also an Associate Professor of Percussion at Florida Southern College.

Tom Glaister has also had numerous performance experiences.  To name a few, he was involved in the Syracuse University Percussion Ensemble, the Syracuse Symphony Orchestra.  He has also been a Performing Musician and Recording Artist for RCE Records.  Currently, Tom can be found performing as a Percussionist for the Imperial Symphony Orchestra in Lakeland, Florida
