Aladdin Jr

The stage is coming alive this spring at Music Showcase as our talented Acting Up! theatre students (3rd-8th grade) prepare for their exciting production of Disney’s Aladdin JR..

Meeting on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, these young performers have been working hard all semester learning the art of theatre – from character development and choreography to voice projection, stage presence, and teamwork. The result? A fun, high-energy musical that showcases their creativity, confidence, and incredible dedication.

Based on the beloved Disney story from Aladdin, this magical show follows Aladdin, a “diamond in the rough,” as he discovers a mysterious lamp, meets the unforgettable Genie, and sets off on an adventure that teaches him the true meaning of courage, friendship, and being true to himself.
