Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Music Showcase we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with any new purchase, you can return it for a refund, store credit or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.
If there is no receipt of purchase with the returned merchandise, a store credit will be issued, no other refund option will be available.
Returned product received more than 30 days after the invoice date will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns past 30 days are at the discretion of Music Showcase.
If you believe you have purchased a defective product, please return the item to Music Showcase within 30 days so we can determine how to proceed. If past 30 days, feel free to contact us and we will find out if your product is still under warranty. If so, we will get you in touch with the manufacture for more details.
Used instruments are guaranteed to be in good playing condition for 45 days from the date of purchase and will be repaired or replaced at Music Showcase’s discretion. This excludes instruments that were abused or misused once they leave the store.
Print Music, Software and DVDs can only be exchanged, but not returned for a refund or credit due to copyright laws.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, unfortunately, there are certain items that cannot be returned for specific reasons, either because of sanitary reasons or copyright laws. These items include:
- Reeds (unless sealed in original box)
- Personal items- harmonicas, instrument mouthpieces, earphones, earplugs, or other merchandise that is placed in someone’s mouth
- Consignment and clearance items
- Opened DVD’s and CD’s (unless defective)
- Special orders that are not typically sold in the store
- Sheet Music or Books that have been used or written in
Items must be returned in the original condition they were received, including all accessories, documentation and packaging materials. If not, the item may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
