Please observe your due date because if you return your instrument after your due date, your rental fees will NOT be refunded.  You must return your rental instrument to the Brandon store at 402 Oakfield Drive and close out your account. We do NOT pick-up rental instruments at your child’s school, unless there is a special circumstance and you contact the rental department about requesting to have it picked up. 

Customer is taking a risk leaving the instrument at the school for pick-up and that the customer is responsible for the instrument if it is lost and will be charged for the lost instrument.

The rental account will not close until the instrument is at the store physically and that pick-up by Music Showcase staff may not happen immediately. Customer acknowledges that they are responsible for any damage or missing parts or repairs to the instrument or case that are detected by the repair technicians once the instrument is at Music Showcase. Customer’s account will not be closed until monies owed for past due rental fees, repairs, or replacement parts are paid.

Please make sure you are returning the instrument that you rented by checking the serial number that is on the instrument with the one written on your contract. You can contact the rental department to verify the serial number. Also, please make sure that you return your instrument with all the parts. If a part is missing, then you will need to pay for the part at the time of the return.
