All instruments are guaranteed school approved instruments and accepted brands and are in excellent working condition. NEW instruments have never been rented or sold.  Economy, Good and Like New instruments have been rented before, with the older instruments being in the Economy or Good category. Many people will upgrade to a Like New or New instrument when ready to purchase. Remember, this is a rent to own and 100% of the rental monies are applied to the purchase. If you are interested in renting an intermediate instrument, then please call the store for availability and rental must be done in-store.

    Terms: Customer agrees to rent for a minimum of three months for new student level instruments and for a minimum of six months for intermediate level instruments. No refunds or rental fees will be given to the customer if the instrument is returned before the three or six months from the date on the rental contract. No exchanges to another instrument can be made until after the three or six months date on the rental contract.

    ALL orders take at least 24-48 hours during the week and 72-hours if orders are placed after 3pm on Friday for processing. Also, customers will be notified by phone or email when their order is ready for pick-up. Our Education Rep visits schools once a week. So, if your child needs their instrument right away, then you may want to select store pick-up and wait for notification or opt to come to the store to fill out the rental contract instead.

    INSTRUMENT DELIVERY GUIDE:
    This is an approximate guide of when schools are visited by geographic location. The schedule is subject to change and is no guarantee that the instrument will be delivered on the day designated on this guide. Rental deliveries need at least 48 hours to process and then additional days for delivery.

    MONDAY- Pasco County (Western Part)
    TUESDAY- Hillsborough County (Brandon, Plant City, Seffner, New Tampa)
    WEDNESDAY- Hillsborough County (Tampa)
    THURSDAY- Hillsborough County (Riverview, Southern Part of County)
    Friday-Pasco County (Eastern Part)

  • Instrument Return *

    Even if you are requesting to have the instrument delivered to the school, it will not be picked up at the school when you decide that you no longer want to rent the instrument. We DO NOT pick up instruments from schools. Please initial below to confirm your understanding that all instruments must be returned to Music Showcase at 402 Oakfield Drive, Brandon.
