    ALL orders take at least 24-48 hours during the week and 72-hours if orders are placed after 3pm on Friday for processing. Also, customers will be notified by phone or email when their order is ready for pick-up. Our Education Rep visits schools once a week. So, if your child needs their instrument right away, then you may want to select store pick-up and wait for notification or opt to come to the store to fill out the rental contract instead.

    This is an approximate guide of when schools are visited by geographic location. The schedule is subject to change and is no guarantee that the instrument will be delivered on the day designated on this guide. Rental deliveries need at least 48 hours to process and then additional days for delivery.

    MONDAY- Pasco County (Western Part)
    TUESDAY- Hillsborough County (Brandon, Plant City, Seffner, New Tampa)
    WEDNESDAY- Hillsborough County (Tampa)
    THURSDAY- Hillsborough County (Riverview, Southern Part of County)
    Friday-Pasco County (Eastern Part)
