The air may still feel warm here in Florida, but at the Florida Academy of Performing Arts (FAOPA), we’re diving headfirst into the Fall season of theatre magic! 🍂✨ Our students and performers are already hard at work rehearsing, learning lines, and building something truly spectacular for our community.

This season, we’ve got an amazing lineup that promises something for everyone. Whether you’re a fan of musicals, comedy, adventure, or drama—you’ll want to grab your tickets early and get ready to be entertained!

🎭 Here’s what’s coming to the stage this Fall:

• Showcase Players Jr – Bye Bye Birdie (Youth Edition)
  Performances: October 17 – 19
  Our younger cast takes on this beloved musical classic with energy, heart, and talent beyond their years!

• Showcase Players – May We All (A Country Musical)
  Performances: November 1 – 2
  A musical celebration of small-town life and country roots, this show will have you tapping your feet and singing along.

• Acting Up – Beetlejuice
  Performances: November 7 – 9 and November 14 – 16
  Get ready for some spooky fun! The cult-classic ghost-with-the-most comes to life on stage in a show that’s equal parts hilarious and haunting.

• Acting Up Jr – Dinosaurs Before Dark
  Performances: November 21 – 22
  Based on the beloved Magic Tree House book series, this adventure will transport audiences back in time to a prehistoric world full of wonder.

• Spotlight! Theatre – Ragtime The Musical
  Performances: December 12 – 14 and December 19 – 20
  A powerful, moving story set at the turn of the 20th century—Ragtime is filled with unforgettable music, characters, and messages that still resonate today.
